BRS pursues that the private nature of individually identifiable information provided to or collected by us is appropriately maintained and confidential. BRS assures that visitors, customers and prospect / client-organizations visiting BRS web portals and affiliates are provided with appropriate information and choice mechanisms in arriving and implementing decisions and providing personally identifiable information. BRS, abides by the Online Privacy Alliance (OPA, http://www.privacyalliance.org) based on their OPA principles. Further, and expressed in BRS Terms of Business Agreement, we abide by Gramm-Leach-Bliley and Sarbanes-Oxley Acts.

    As well, BRS does abide by the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, in cooperation with law-enforcement officials.

Privacy Developments & Commitment

BRS maintains a policy / commitment in tune with recognized privacy working groups maintaining a security alert of our web sites and portals through which users and visitors access our global team of professionals. The purpose is to:

  • determine what if any information is requested or collected, outside the boundaries and scope of operations,
  • assure that proper notices and disclosures as to reasons for collections and intended use of information are or will be available,
  • assure that choices (such as the ability to opt out) made by visitors and users are or will be available and respected, and
  • assure that adequate data security measures are in place and that methods are developed to follow appropriate procedures to correct inaccuracies in material, individually identifiable information.

Further, documents related to clients, accounts and others of privacy nature are destroyed prior to leaving our premises (includes paper and electronic media form; physical records shredded, information in media render unusable / unreadable, and erased data on disk applying special application programs). Also, we do not distribute information wherein the names and addresses of clients jeopardize their privacy - at times and whenever requires, the information is encrypted.
